Hi, I’m Greg Justice.

I am passionate about fitness.

I opened AYC Health & Fitness, Kansas City’s original personal training center, in May 1986, and  I’ve personally trained more than 48,000 one-on-one sessions.

Today, AYC specializes in personal training and corporate wellness.

I’ve been actively involved in the fitness industry for more than a quarter of a century as a club manager, owner, personal fitness trainer, and corporate wellness supervisor. I’ve worked with athletes and non-athletes of all ages and physical abilities, served as a conditioning coach at the collegiate level, and with the Kansas City Chiefs NFL team.

I currently serve on the advisory board of two personal training schools and I mentor and instruct trainers worldwide through my coaching programs and Corporate Boot Camp System.

I write articles for many publications and websites, and I am a featured columnist for Corporate Wellness Magazine. My monthly column, “Treadmill Talk,” is published in Personal Fitness Professional magazine.

I’m the author of several books including “Mind Your Own Fitness – A Mindful Approach to Exercise,” “Treadside Manner, Confessions Of A Serial Personal Trainer,” and “Lies & Myths about Corporate Wellness.”

I hold a master’s degree in HPER (exercise science) and a bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education from Morehead State University, Morehead, KY.
